Booking Process Questions

What is BorderPlus’ Admissions/Registration Process?
  • You may apply for a course (or request for additional information) via our online registration process (Get a Quote) or by contacting us at info@borderplus.eu or by adding BorderPlus at your Skype contact list (border.plus).
  • Once your preferences are received, BorderPlus will evaluate them, ask for clarifications if necessary, and get back to you with a Quote for your final approval.
  • When your course details are finalised and your confirmation is granted, BorderPlus will issue and forward your invoice along with all payment instructions.
  • Payments are to be made in advance by ONLINE payment (PAYPAL) or international bank transfer and are to be received by BorderPlus, in full, no later than 14 days prior to the starting date of the course.
  • Special arrangements are possible for last minute bookings.
  • For more information about our admissions procedures, please see the relevant section of the Terms and Conditions.
Do I have to book accommodation?
  • Accommodation cost is extra and it will depend on your hotel preferences and budget.
  • A “preferred hotels list”, with flexible accommodation options that cater for the needs of all tastes and budgets, can be found on our website.
  • When “Getting a Quote” you will be asked to provide information about your chosen accommodation (from our “preferred hotels list”).  Your request will then be forwarded to your preferred hotel for confirmation. Once this is received, you will be notified to proceed with the payment in order to finalise your booking.
  • You are free to choose any other place/hotel for your accommodation which, upon your request, we may get in touch with. However, BorderPlus covers the transportation expenses from/to course venue and scheduled activities provided that participants choose among the “preferred hotels list”.
